House; I'm gonna go with Freya here. Mostly because so many of Roxy's conversations with her friends revolve around relationships. From platonic friendship, to flirting, to relationship mediation, it seems like she is very interested in who likes who and in what way. She's also expressed an interest on several occasions in having a romantic relationship herself.

On the surface Roxy is a carefree and fun loving girl. She jokes around a lot, teasing her friends and often flirting with them. Heck, she'll even jokingly flirt with Dirk's auto-responder program and complains that Dirk himself lacks a sense of humor. She loves wizards, and has quite a collection of wizard related toys and decorations all over her room. Roxy even names her cat Frigglish after a particular favorite character in her mother's fantasy novel. She likes her mother's work, but wishes it was a bit more lighthearted. Roxy has tried writing her own fantasy fiction starring her favorite wizards, but she admits it's pretty bad. She strongly hopes that magic is real, but doesn't really have any evidence that it is.
Roxy also has an avid interest in retro video games, and old systems can be seen scattered about her room. She likes modern technology just as much though, and has quite a collection of gadgets, including an appearifier and several fenestrated planes. She has pretty strong curious streak, leading to numerous experiments in the esoteric sciences, especially ectobiology and appearification. These experiments have resulted respectively in a small collection of preserved specimens and a sizable hoard of stolen pumpkins. And she's no stranger to computers either, able to reset the novice setting on Dirk's robot and even rigging a program to make Jane's computer explode.
She drinks heavily, which she explains as accepting a passive aggressive dare from her mother. Since Roxy's mother stocked the house with copious amounts of alcohol and never touched the stuff herself, clearly it was meant for Roxy herself. But that's not really the only reason. Roxy also drinks to deal with emotional stresses. She's in the unenviable position of her two best friends liking the same guy and both of them confiding in her, thus placing her in the middle of the coming conflict. And having everyone she knows be unavailable for even potential romance with her has left her kind of lonely.
Not to mention that all four of them are about to embark on an adventure that Roxy has been anticipating with growing dread. She's pretty sure that their involvement in this game is playing right into the hands of the 'Batterwitch,' even if she hasn't worked out quite how yet. But thus far Roxy has failed to convince her best friend Jane of the validity of her (unfortunately correct) conspiracy theory about Betty Crocker being an 'evil overlard sea queen.' The aforemention exploding computer incident was a last ditch effort to convince her, with Roxy hoping to lay the blame on the Batterwitch, but the plan failed.
Despite her use of somewhat underhanded tactics to make her point, Roxy has her friends' best interests at heart. She worries about jane's safety constantly and is willing to give advice on Jake's romantic issues. And help him to avoid a serious ass kicking at the hands of an overpowered robot. She's also a pretty open person all around. She continues to air out her conspiracy theories, even when belief is scarce. She also has no trouble discussing her dreams and family situation with Uranian Umbra, whom she knows nothing about. She even accidently lets slip Jane's feelings toward Jake, but quickly changes the subject. She discusses everything she's doing and thinking with Dirk, who seems to be her closest confidant. A lot of what she says is written of as drunken ramblings, but she may be partly counting on this to cover up when she says too much.

[She switches on the video. There is a small white kitten playing curled up on her bed. She sets the communicator on the desk, and picks up the cat, holding him up to show everyone. ]
See? Isn't he just adorable?
[She's not exactly slurring, but there is a laziness to her words that suggest she's been drinking.]
I just got him today. Haven't decided on a name yet.
What do you guys think? Does he look more like a Gandalf or a Dumbledore?

Roxy Lalonde stepped into the dimly lit club, pausing in the doorway to take a quick glance around. Not quite as exciting as she'd imagined, but anything beat another night cooped up in her room. She made a beeline for the bar, sliding onto a stool and waving to get the bartender's attention. When he finally acknowledged her, she gave him a lopsided smirk.
"How's about fixin me a martini? Something in the 'dry and dirty' family."
As he began mixing her beverage of choice, she spun the stool around for another look at the club. It was still kind of early, but there were already quite a few people mingling by the dance floor. She suspected that any minute now something loud and with a repetitive thumping bass line would be blasting through the club. Maybe she should give the dancing scene a try. Some of the guys out there were pretty cute.....
She shook her head firmly, reaching for the drink that the bartender had just placed in front of her. She took a long slow sip. If they were cute, they were probably also taken. That was just how it was. Another sip. Not that it really mattered. She was just here to have a little fun. With that thought, she downed the rest of her drink, and slid off the barstool. It was time to hit that dance floor.
